3rd Annual Glow 5K Run/Walk

Join us on Saturday August 2, 2025 for an evening of fitness, fun, and community spirit!
Hosted by Lighthouse Community Recovery Home, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

All proceeds support sober housing, transportation, and job training through Lighthouse Community Recovery Home.

Get ready to shine at the Glow 5K, happening on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at 6:00 PM! As you cross the Glendale Park bridge, keep an eye out for the vibrant small pavilion, your hub for an unforgettable evening. Arrive early to check in, enjoy some lively music, and soak in the excitement of a glowing good time with fellow participants. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun night out, this event promises to be a spectacular celebration of light and community. Don’t miss out on an evening filled with energy, color, and camaraderie. Mark your calendars and prepare to glow!

Venue:

Riverbend and Glendale Parks Elkins, WV

Event Details:

Registration: 4:30 PM – 5:15 PM
Race Start: 6:00 PM
Course: Flat, mostly asphalt and some gravel, with scenic views through Elkins’ parks.

Registration and check-in will be held at the small pavilion at Riverbend Park, just across the bridge from Glendale Park.

Follow the signs from Glendale Park — the pavilion is visible immediately after crossing the bridge.

Participants will enjoy a scenic walk or run across Riverbend Park and Glendale Park, crossing the bridge over the river.

Registration and check-in will be held at the small pavilion at Riverbend Park, immediately visible after crossing the Glendale Park Bridge.

Follow the walking paths and enjoy a fun, flat, and glowing evening in support of recovery and community!
